Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are received for next day delivery, but please allow 3-4 days at busy periods. If you need it urgently please let us know when ordering. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery and New Image will not be responsible for any order taken back to the delivery depot, orders returned to us due to non collection will have a re-delivery charge of £20.00 due to return and re-delivery costs.

Payment
Goods will only be released on full payment; we accept all major credit/debit cards.
If paying by cheque please allow time for funds to clear. If sending cash please use special delivery cash envelope.

Terms of sale
It is our sincere aim to produce the highest quality tattoo equipment and components. While it is our policy to maintain the highest standards of manufacture, we cannot accept responsibility for unskilled or unprofessional use of the goods or materials herein.
Returns policy
Please return any faulty goods within 14 days of purchase for a full exchange or refund (subject to terms and conditions). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
To cancel your order once placed you must contact us before 15.30 on the day of purchase by telephone or email All order received after 3.30 will have to be cancelled within 24 hours upto 15.30 the following day.
Tattooing pigments
New Image take no responsibility for the end use of the pigments they sell, it is suggested that a scratch/patch test is done prior to use to check for allergic reactions.
By purchasing these pigments you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Online Security and Privacy
The Internet connection will become secure at the time you are asked to input your credit card details. This means that nobody can read your credit card number even if they are able to intercept the data transmission.
Similar encryption is used on our web server, which ensures that your credit card details cannot be read even if a hacker gains control of the web server.
Once your payment has been processed, your credit card number will be erased from our database.
Our site uses a session cookie to keep tabs on which shopping basket belongs to you. The cookie is stored in your computers memory and never stored on disk. The cookie is always erased if you close your web browser OR if you stop downloading web pages for 10 minutes.
